Daily Duties at Graham Builders, Inc:

Met with potential clients. Assessed their needs if be a renovation or new construction to a residence. Gathered any ideas and/or wishes that they want to put in to their “Dream Home”. Using Revit Architecture 2009 and AutoCAD 2007, I took their schematic sketches and turned them into construction drawings (plans, elevations, building sections, details and schedules). I helped with choosing specialty equipment such as bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances as well as door and window types. Other finishes chosen were floor finishes and paint for the exterior and interior.
