Daily Duties at Well Point, Inc.:
Led 15 associates in the day to day operations of Claims Disbursements. Assisted with training, offered suggestions for process improvements, implemented procedures in compliance with Federal and State regulations and aided with eliminating departmental back logs. Completed balancing procedures daily ensuring the financial integrity for the Disbursement Managment Systems from various source systems. Supported project activities and prepared ad hoc reports as requested and spreadsheets updated daily.
