Daily Duties at L3 Communications, Titan Group:

Executive Assistant to the Sr. Vice President (VP)and other executives as needed. Keep the VP on time enabling him to maintain a smooth work environment. Speak on his behalf in his absence regarding project matters or signature. Administrative lead to all division offices and their staff. Screen resumes, and perform final quality assurance for all hire package submissions. Assist the in-house recruiting team for overseas positions. Facilitate all division new employee orientations. Create division presentations and graphics for conferences and meetings. Prepare travel arrangements and expense reports submission. Develop and maintain numerous forms of documentation, i.e., budgets, evaluations, forms, and Annual Operating Plans. Screen, hire, and supervise interns. Overseas travel to lead Human Resources (HR) and Administrative training.
