Daily Duties at Strategic Enterprise Solutions (Se Solutions):

Temporary Contractor for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Focus is on the implementation of policies and processes for projects assigned such as: Program assessments, planning support, tracking, guidance and review, and reporting. Develop and maintain databases and reporting to the appropriate Customer contact. Frequent communication and meetings with group teams, organization participants, executive government stakeholders, and other agencies. Work alone or with Team to produce program documents and performance measures for implementation. Specifically, consult within the Federal Mission Support Bureau (MSB) Program Management Office (PMO) in the completion of tasks related to FEMA Workforce Diversity and Leadership Development and Training such as: working group facilitation of activities, detailed agenda development, research, required meeting attendance, report preparation and proper dissemination per Customer guidelines. Research, analyze, and coordinate development of studies and programs to respective working group in fulfilling Customer deliverables.
