Daily Duties at Primm Valley Resorts, Mgm Mirage:
• Employee Housing Manager – responsibilities include employee relations, managing employee living quarters, and other employee services • Committee Chair of the Employee Emergency Relief Fund – managed and responsible for five committee members in heading, facilitating, and administering funds to employees in need of emergency relief • Management Associate Program coordinator– offered to students with four and/or six year degrees from accredited Universities to help them grow and become managers in a selected field after completion of a six month program • Take Flight program coordinator – schedule MGM MIRAGE and Primm Valley Resorts Corporate Executives as guest speakers, coordinate logistics, organize program, oversee application process • Facilitate Orientation for new hires and employee events • Recruit for various positions from line to executive management • Benefits enrollment and education • Administratively assist the VP of HR, coordinate and manage various projects assigned by her, monitored and reconciled departmental budget assuring expenses were allocated properly to the general ledger, supervise staff in the absence of management
