Daily Duties at Citigroup:
•Deliver facilitator classroom, online training and blended learning to new hires and existing employees by teaching customer service, sales, collections, and retention •Provides a high level of excellence in facilitation competencies •Measure the transfer of learning as appropriate •Maintain appropriate level of content subject matter expertise •Understand the operational MIS, accesses the MIS, effectively uses MIS to diagnose staff performance deficiencies and exercise interventions to improve performance. •Make recommendations that improve training's effectiveness •Work closely with call center operations for Collections, Customer Service and Sales to ensure and maintain compliance and new communications •Identify issues/concerns about proposed strategies and recommend appropriate solutions to resolve issues •Create tactical plans to implement new performance or training initiatives •Demonstrate proficiency in system/processes in functional area of curriculum delivered and supported (understands implications of changes in procedures to the system and to other current practices.) •Administer computer based training for both newly hired and existing learners in exempt and non-exempt positions •Assess production staff proficiencies and deficiencies. Identifies skill gaps and development opportunities for performance improvement. Exercise interventions that improve performance. •Deploy systemic performance support. •Network with colleagues, across US sites, to research issues, and improve training plans and materials. •Ensure consistency in the delivery of nationally developed programs. •Build relationship with line management demonstrating ability to build consensus and influence decisions. •Responsible for implementing HR policies, process and procedures as the Unit Manager for the New Hire class. •Design and develops site specific performance improvement and/or training initiatives.
