•Analyze Harris Interactive data provided by guest surveys for trends to improve guest services •Make recommendations to senior management to improve guest services based on guest feedback •Create and facilitate training materials for service improvement •Answer guest inquiries via website – to include but not limited to providing services for guest requests when celebrating life events •Attend operations meeting to evaluate daily events •Answer surveys at the request of guest – to include but no limited to providing compensation when guest service was not up to his/her expectations •Learn Front Desk Procedures and software (Opera)
