Daily Duties at Lucas Group:
Brought onboard in a sales management role six years after launch of the TAOnline business/website to drive planning and execution of sales, business development, and marketing initiatives, and subsequently earning promotion to Senior Partner in 2008. Developed and captured the business of new employer clientele, and identified opportunities to enhance offerings and achieve key performance metrics (traffic, active registrants, etc.). Hired, trained, and managed up to six personnel.
