Daily Duties at Keystone Marketing:

Responsible for managing North American internal and external sales teams, developing and directing strategic and tactical sales and marketing programs, implementing training and educational programs , developing operational efficiencies and optimizing organization with full responsibility for bottom-line factors including margins and profit and loss. Additional responsibilities included: presenting and closing the agency’s services to clients, negotiating terms of agreement, responding to request for proposals and long range planning. Transitioned business into parent company ahead of schedule and saved the P&L $7MM in operating costs
