Oversee commercial sales staff dedicated to selling advertising to auto dealers throughout the state. Supervise general office operations. Adhere to deadlines and ensure accuracy of advertisements. Train, supervise and certify sales staff on company processes. Execute marketing events to promote print and Internet products. Assist representatives in qualifying business. Compile weekly and monthly reports for district and regional managers. Assess company progress for distribution, composing and printing costs. Prepare annual budgets with 3 revenue departments. Manage budgets and monitor income statements. Supervise a 41-member staff.
