• Managed Information Systems special projects and established and created a support organization of 30 trained technicians and administrative support personnel. • Developed and implemented a database system to optimize computer and peripheral spares. • Planned and managed budgets of $2M+ including labor and non-labor. • Provided logistics support for division inventory management, asset tracking, and warranty support. • Created new organization structure and implemented process improvements to reduce overtime, shorten procurement cycles, and reduce inventories, achieving annual savings of $300K in FY'97, and $250K in FY'96. • Initiated development and implementation of software load server, increasing daily new systems configuration capacity by 500%. • Managed the company wide Asset Management division, including systems optimization and management, trained and developed a team of 50 employees at 8 locations. • Evaluated and produced monthly financial budget analysis reports for the Finance and Program organizations. • Controlled storage and distribution of a $50M inventory with 45,000 line items, performed cycle counts and annual inventories regularly. • Successfully administered the selection and implementation of an MRP system for company-wide inventory • Developed and executed an effective process that eliminated the Quality Control organization and placed TQC responsibility in the hands of employees. • Delivered a 97.5% rate of accuracy inventory. • Managed costs, ordered material and services. • Developed three software bar code-tracking systems to track & reorder consumables, composite material, and material handling. • Provided analysis to Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Finance Departments.
