Daily Duties at Sabre Inc.:
• Defined, planned, tracked, and managed projects identified key resources and provided the direction to meet project objectives. • Ensured appropriate management, client, and supplier involvement throughout the life cycle of projects. • Responsible for managing budgets, project cost, schedule, and task details utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts and project scheduling software (MS Project) using PMI pmbok guidelines. • Directed the strategic business for the Enterprise Backup Architecture Team with a annual budget $2.5M, that designed, engineered, certified and implemented the enterprise backup and recovery solution (EBRS) hardware and software solutions for Midrange Systems. • Provided business case, testing direction, documentation, technology support, problem resolution and performance tuning of backups and recoveries. • Ensured database backup and recovery processes for terabytes of data for various customers of a system environment defined for Unix, Informix, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase databases and the NT systems.
