• Provided Project Management Support for Internal VZB Platinum/Gold (BFE, DSS, DMOPro, DIOA, OA interface to IXPlus, F&E, RAPiDS, CBFE) Single Stack Application enhancements. • Coordinated the operational review of application design, QA results evaluation, and implementation planning for the accelerated corporate initiative. • Responsible for providing centralized knowledge and planning for efforts affecting Systems and functions to be supplied by EPS. • Created project plans, coordinated with impacted groups, tracked project tasks and issues, and led the Production Support associated efforts. • Responsible for generating supporting capacity availability metrics and other presentations materials to demonstrate effectiveness of proposed and executed plans. • Created temporary and long term budgets and maintained them, e.g. Capital & Expense. • Worked as a Business liaison with multiple organizations daily throughout India, U.S. & Argentina
