Daily Duties at Dollar/Thrifty (Consultant):
• Initiate project plans using HP Portfolio tool, manage project resources and budgets. • Coordinated committee meetings, developed, documented and teamed with leaders, rolling out new SDLC and stage gate reviews. • Drive special project (Run The Engine) for ITTO, reduce the amount of physical servers used currently to a virtual server environment through a complex process within IT. • Steer systems projects across multiple departments, managing project teams consisting of contracted, outsourced (H.P.) and DTG team members, ensuring customer requirements have been captured and documented, and preparing project plans and associated documents.
