Daily Duties at Target Stores:

Directs daily team operations for a high-volume store, focusing on training to ensure each team member consistently achieves goals. Monitors employee performance daily, determine individual development needs, and provide customized coaching/mentoring to improve execution and drive sales. Plans and leads key initiatives across a wide range of functional areas. Provides team leadership and guidance in all human resources policies and processes, identifying employees with the necessary talent and potential for advancement.
