Daily Duties at Sports Endeavors:
Perform a variety of customer care and support activities in support of Soccer.com customers. Process order requests, returns, problem packages, billing questions, and product questions. Perform these activities with little or no support from management team. Up-sell products for the week and assist customers with alternative product selection. Adhere to policies and procedures of the company in support of excellent customer service.
