Daily Duties at Western Southern:

Devised and executed business development strategies to identify new prospects and prospecting opportunities. Provided guidance to clients as to the advantages and disadvantages of various life insurance and investment solutions. Implemented, and continuously reviewed financial strategies in order to build and enhance each client relationship. Devised marketing strategies and coordinated prospecting activities with other members of management and senior management. Actively participated in the hiring of new agents and their subsequent training/development. Facilitated numerous training sessions that often included discussions on advanced sales techniques.
