Daily Duties at Microsoft:
Successfully managed multiple PR agency teams with multimillion dollar budgets, publicizing Xbox 360 and Games for Windows games under Microsoft Game Studios (MGS), global partner publishing and third-party brands. Directed PR territory managers and hosted visiting international press, arranging meetings and interviews; coordinated international press requests with domestic PR and development teams. Acted as spokesperson for game titles at Xbox 360 events; coached celebrity spokespersons and wrote press releases. Managed multiple subsidiaries, driving global strategy, country alignment and corporate communications. Represented MGS and third party titles in global PR strategic planning activities and at global PR events. Managed global communications and strategies for five subsidiary global regions. Functioned as core contact for territory PR managers and international press, overseeing interviews, FAQ's, Q&A's, covers and screens. Executed international press events and managed press kit mailings. Drove day-to-day management of international regions, briefing subsidiaries on corporate communications and working with each region to ensure country plans were strategically aligned with global strategy
