• Performed Phase I environmental due diligence assessments meeting ASTM E1527-00 standard requirements. • Wrote and reviewed National Environmental Policy Act Reports. • Conducted environmental site inspections and audits of commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties. • Carried out indoor-air radon tests and analyzed the data. • Composed project proposals, asbestos and lead operations and maintenance plans, and geotechnical reports.
