• Prepared account receivables for Western Union and Money Gram and functioned as their primary contact • Answered multi-lines phone, and performed data entry • Resolved billing disputes, analyzed charge back to merchant and determined credit balance refund to customers. • Reversed annual, late and over limit fees. • Responsible for incoming correspondence and minutes to meetings • Liaison between Collection/ recovery department and customer service department • Conducted Payment Research and maintained incoming correspondence related to disputes
