Daily Duties at Mindshare Associates:

• Full cycle of recruiting in high-volume / time-sensitive environment for all positions at outsourced channel services company. Recruited B2B, E-Commerce Sales Executives nationally for Fortune 500 companies including IBM, Gateway, Corel, E-Stamp, TurboLinux, Diamond Multimedia, Activision, Alps, MGE. • Responsible for direct and Internet sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, qualifying, recommendations to management, and reference checking. • Developed and maintained strong, positive relationships with Hiring Managers at management and executive levels. • Staffed 60 of 89 VAR and Retail Sales Executives for Fortune 500 companies within days of vacancy. Completed 100% of time to hire goals and reduced turnover by 60%. • Continuous staffing of 6 - 15 positions simultaneously at multiple locations within the United States and Canada with the assistance of a tracking database of 3000 candidates. • Successfully created and managed an applicant tracking systems, both soft and hard copy. • Developed tools to identify “ideal candidates” focused on behavior-based interviewing questions. • Utilize internet sourcing, news groups, networking, cold calling, and print advertisements to target most qualified candidates. • Experienced in Internet and print ad job posting coordination including job requirement definition as well as development of recruitment materials. • Received Outstanding Marketing Document Award in 2000.
