Responsible for direct sourcing of candidates, discussing job requirements, determining position fit for candidates, conducting telephone screenings and interviews, preparing resumes for client submittal, reference checking, and tracking activity in SmartSearch database. • Placed high-end technical professionals in the area of Information Technology Industry in full-time positions. Specialized in B2B, E-Commerce Sales Executives, Inside Sales Representatives, Telesales, Web Developers, Content Producers, Technical Program/Product/Project Managers, Development Managers, Marcomm Specialists, and Business Development Directors. • Developed candidate profile to improve presentation of candidate.
