Executive Recruiter – Retained Search • National and international recruitment of mining and metals executives and senior management in engineering, operations, finance, legal, marketing, procurement within gold, coal, copper, energy and aggregate sectors. • Regularly called upon to source, identify, attract, and pre-qualify hard-to-find mining executives. Tracked candidate activities in proprietary Applicant Tracking System. • Effectively recruited passive candidates through internal database, Internet research, direct sourcing, cold calling, networking, directories and contact lists. • International experience includes Ex-Patriot placements in Canada, Central America, Latin America, Africa, and South Pacific islands. • Received salary promotions and quarterly bonuses for consistently exceeding placement and retention goals.
