Daily Duties at Silvester & Company:
• National and international recruitment of executives with full P&L responsibility to senior management positions in mining, aerospace and defense and financial services industries. Placements include CFOs, EVPs and other professionals in engineering, operations, program management, research and development, finance, marketing, business development, human resources, safety, and environmental. • Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies and advertisement campaigns to recruit passive senior and niche candidates in limited candidate spaces. Prospect, identify, and recruit viable candidates using various modalities including; extensive internet mining, cold-calling, extensive networking, directories, contact lists, and professional associations. • Prescreen candidates with detailed phone screens, evaluating candidates’ compatibility with specific job requirements, ensuring a right fit prior to submission to client. Track candidate’s activities in Sendouts Pro and ACT! Premium for Web. • Team with Managing Director to develop job descriptions. Responsible for checking references. • Solution-focused professional with excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills. Self-motivated professional who achieves results and has superior ability to coordinate and perform in office or virtual environments.
