 Organized international and domestic travel arrangements, accommodations and car reservations  Prepared complex travel and expense reports via in-house online WEB T&E (Concur) system  Scheduled and confirmed meetings and conference calls including video-conference calls  Maintained, updated and prioritized calendars to meet changing needs of executives  Arranged for incoming personnel (i.e., offices, telephones, computers, blackberries, furniture, etc.)  Implemented system for processing invoices for services rendered by international/domestic law firms  Achieved set-up and payment of client accounts; established and maintained rapport with vendors  Assisted department manager with various projects; processed Visa and Passport application forms  Maintained databases and spreadsheets; tracked blackberries, cell phones and corporate card accounts  Trained administrative personnel in the department; entered timesheets for assistants and paralegals  Created, updated and maintained organizational charts, contact lists and personal files  Corporate catering reservations for conference luncheons, parties and other functions  Monthly ordering and inventory of coffee supplies and office supplies for the floor  Prepared and submitted Flex Spending forms for reimbursement of employees’ personal expenses  Internet research
