 Gatekeeper for senior executive - managed, maintained, updated and prioritized executive’s calendar  Organized international and domestic travel arrangements, accommodations and car reservations  Prepared complex travel and expense reports via in-house online Lawson system  Scheduled and confirmed international and domestic conference calls, meetings, luncheons, etc.  Created and handled daily correspondence such as letters, memos and emails  Updated line charts to show department’s weekly utilization; ran status reports for all client accounts  Confirmed candidate interviews and conference rooms; maintained resume database  Entered weekly timesheets and forecasts for Managing Director and his team  Created, edited, printed and bound PowerPoint presentations as well as other documentation  Opened new client opportunities and generated new project codes  Monthly inventory and ordering of office supplies  Maintained and updated executive’s business and personal contacts via Outlook  Interaction with IT Department for computer hardware and software issues  Scanned and emailed various documentation; creation of “PDF” files; Internet research  Ran personal errands for Managing Director
