Administrative assistant to project manager and technical leads during implementation of PeopleSoft Financials software database on behalf of Robert Half International. - Worked closely with Project Manager setting direction with projects. - Managed all logistical aspects involving the PeopleSoft software development project. - Worked independently to ensure the day-to-day execution of project tasks. - Provided guidance, direction and information to employees, consultants and visitors. - Planned, coordinated, and facilitated all meetings, workshops and presentations. - Coordinated project tasks and communications with headquarter offices and development teams. - Created and maintained documents & reports utilizing MS Word, Excel and Access. - Consolidated status reports on regular basis (UAT Testing, Audits, & Project Status). - Maintained and communicated team contact information, email distribution lists and other communication resources. - Assisted in the orientation of new team members and help create guidelines for project involvement.
