I am a geriatric nurse with 37 years of experience in the field. I have worked in geriatric rehab, and in long term settings. I have also worked in Hospice and Alzheimer's units.
I am looking for a facility that I will be a able to do direct patient care in. I want to also be able to make a difference in the lives of the patient's I care for. I have the experience of being a Nursing Manager and a Nursing Supervisor and I found that those positions took me to far from direct patient care.
