SUMMARY Mr. Bappe has over 45 years of transmission, distribution, and substation design and construction management experience. Mr. Bappe has extensive project management, substation/transmission line design and construction management experience. He has also served as the on-site engineer on several transmission and distribution projects during construction. Work Mr. Bappe provided construction QC management services to Imperial Irrigation District (IID) near included QC management of the civil and electrical construction activities of involving the demolition and rebuild with new foundations and the erecting of new steel poles along various portions of the double-circuit 230kV KN/KS line from Midway to Coachella substation including: * Oversight of construction activities to assure their conformance with the specification documents.
