Known as a self-motivated, quality-conscious person who establishes and meets deadlines consistently while maintaining excellent customer service to customers. * Review new submissions for compliance with guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC, Hud, VA, Etc.) as well as internal or third-party overlays, depending on proposed investor. * Order Appraisal, Flood Determinations, Tax Transcripts, SSA Authorization and Verifications of Employment within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of file. * Collect & review all documents for accuracy and review all conditions needed to complete loan for submission to Underwriter. * Prepare loans for closing disclosure and closing documents. Obtain, review and clear prior to funding conditions to facilitate funding. * Provides excellent customer service by effectively communicating and cooperating with all internal/external customers. * Maintain weekly communication with Loan Officers, Support Staff, and Borrowers. * Communicate and assist all parties to resolve issues. * Meet all company policies as well as all regulatory policies. * Other duties and responsibilities as directed by management.
