Director of Operations Wakapamni Lake (July 2013 - February 2016) Manager of the Credit and Collection departments. Extended credit lines to customers, and/ or negotiated prepayments. Did follow-ups on any past due collections including chargebacks. Developed and trained a staff of about 20 employees. * Consistently enrolled 80% of eligible customers. * Was in the upper 90% of all bank audits on the lending side. * Consistently hit liquidation rates at almost 20% of each batch. * Responsible for P&L. Director of Operations Integrity Financial Partners (Feb 2009 - July 2013) Managed all daily operations for the Collections department with revenues of $700,000 a month. This included roughly 4-5 different departments including high profile bank cards and student loan portfolios. Developed and trained a Manager staff of 4 and a collection staff of about 100. * Was consistently a top performer on the bank card portfolios. * Was consistently a top performer on the Student loan portfolio which led to an early-out opportunity. * Coached and developed Account Representatives through side-by sides and follow-up reviews on calls completed (both good and bad) to improve performance. * Responsible for P&L * Created strategies including skip-tracing and flow charts on each separate portfolio. * Implemented and executed a Quality call process which led to passing requirements on all portfolios. Sales MACB (Jan 2008 - Jan 2009) Was the sole salesperson in the company in the collection industry, Pursued clients thru cold calls as well as past relationships. * Brought in 3 new clients in less than a year which accumulated about $300,000 in revenue for the company. Vice-President Encore (May 2006 - Jan 2008) Accountable for operational and day to day business for about 12 high profiled clients including most larger banks. Was responsible for the entire contingency site which included about 14 managers and 250 total employees. * Revenues were consistently over 1M a month. Increased about 10% each year. * Was consistently one of the top performers in most portfolios. * Implemented the collection strategies on each portfolio. * Implemented a scoring model which was completely new to the collection industry. * Lowered the overall NSF rate from 8% to 5%. * Responsible for the P &L of entire site. * Reduced risk by ensuring all collection activities were conducted according to federal and state regulations and keeping accurate records. Director of Operations Page 2 Encore (Oct 2002 - April 2006) Managed all daily operations for about 5 departments which did about $400.000 monthly in revenue. Trained and developed 5 managers and about 100 agents. * Was consistently a top performer on all portfolios. * Consistently hit daily and monthly goals. * Was top performer on 1 bankcard which led to 6 more streams of business with that client. * Lowered NSF rate in half. * Consistently hit expected liquidation rates for clients.
