Accomplishments As a former Small Business entity of twenty-one years (1991-2011) I performed all aspects of New Business development and New Business management. My company's played a successful role in winning over $30MM in Federal Government Contract revenue, consisting of forty-two (42) contract awards. I delegated and oversaw the day-to-day operational functions and performance consisting of but not limited to a matrix of service contracts for the Federal Government in Government Contracting U.S. military base installations nationwide. My achievements are as follows: achievements. * I incorporated my business as a Small, Disadvantage Native American, and Women-Owned business on November 4th, 1991. * I certified the company into the Small Business Administration in their 8 (a) Program for Small Disadvantage Businesses doing business in the Federal Procurement arena. * I served as an Executive Board Member for several terms for our Trade Association/Contract Services Association of America for government contractors. * I negotiated all our contract awards with our Government Customers and retained long lasting relationships. * I worked "hands-on" with all our Contract Award start ups and the employee's we hired. I like to think of this as "Leading by Example". * I received several awards and recognitions by the State of Oklahoma and the SBA (Small Business Administration), along with special recognition by our Contracting Government Officials. * I was the recipient of the, "BLUE CHIP" Business Award. * I was recognized and Awarded as the 33rd Fasting Growing Business by, INC 500.
