662 float nurse, duties included patient care, which consist of helping patients with daily needs such as hygiene, coping with illness, and patient teaching. Intravenous starts (IV), take and monitored vitals as well as administer medications orally, intramuscular (IM), and subcutaneous (SC). My duties also included 12 lead EKG, urinary catheter insertion, and the removal of staples and sutures.
