(Compaq Computer Inc.) * Developed a Disc Insertion Robot Arm for the first computer hard drive. Saved a vast amount of resources. (Texas Instruments Inc.) * Developed a Silver filled elastomeric antenna interface. Used in all product lines. Saved significantly on parts and labor. (Motorola Inc, ) QUALIFICATIONS: Take product from inception through to production: * Work with Core Team to define product. * Work with Tooling, Purchasing and Vendors to form schedule. * Produce System Assembly Layout. * Work with design team to develop integral system parts, and subsequent production documentation. * Create initial models and prototypes, including: Test, Evaluation and Thermal, EMC, RFC Management. * Interface with Quality, Reliability, Systems, Environmental, Test and Agency groups in order to maintain product integrity. * Coordinate with Manufacturing and Product Engineering, assuring a smooth transition of the product from Development into Production. * Work with Manufacturing to develop Manual and Automated Assembly processes.
