I have successfully evolved the product through technology updates and automotive requirement changes for the past 26 years. The product is still providing significant value to a customer base today and continues to generate a steady revenue stream. Excellent customer service record in providing support and solutions for clients. Over the course of my career I have serviced between 75 and 100 automotive suppliers. These projects have ranged in size from small single plant installations to a large international supplier ranked in the top 100 on the global suppliers list. Completed a variety of projects to increase supplier profitability by reviewing processes, then proposing and delivering IT projects to provide a more efficient means of operation. Most recently, identifying ways to further reduce days of inventory by reviewing internal supply chain processes. Assisted a client in achieving a 99.9% inventory accuracy with serial and lot control. This allowed the client to operate without an annual full physical inventory and only requires occasional cycle counts saving time, money and manpower. Management and maintenance of EDI integration/interfacing for about 50 trading partners and hundreds of mapped transaction sets including communication and security (SSL/AS2) requirements in 2 third party EDI solutions Integrating many vendor applications into a single system Barcode label integration with third party label applications (TL Ashford) to handle many trading partner and internal customer requirements Development and delivery of both offline and real time radio frequency barcode scanning applications Design and implementation of systems and practices for tracking and resolving client issues. This involves prioritizing issues and developing response guidelines to critical path items (i.e. shipment notification issues) that required an immediate or urgent response. I also implemented a rapid deployment methodology that reduced a the normal annual product release time frame to posting of daily product updates to an FTP server.
