BelcanTechServices, Cincinnati, OH November 2000 - January 2017 Team Leader Responsible for managing an onsite administrative contract with our Belcan customer Lockheed Martin. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Belcan staff. Responsibilities which include but not limited to the following: * Successful client/vendor relations * Process improvement * Successfully implemented and maintain quality controls * Recruit/interview/hire new Belcan employees, workload balance, and employee development * Yearly Belcan budgets * Research administrative skill levels for salary accuracy, schedule/provide coverage for Lockheed Martin administrative personnel, security and safety requirements, staff, and manage employees to meet customer requirements * Invoicing using the Vendor Invoicing Processor (VIP), weekly payroll and monthly reports, turnover and work side by side with the Lockheed Martin management team In the Team Leadership role it was also responsible for management of the Belcan office located at 101 Lakeforest Boulevard, Gaithersburg, Maryland. It had a staff that included an administrative assistant, a recruiter and outside sales professional. We held weekly staff meetings to increase productivity. We supported additional clients with direct placement, pay rolling services, and placement of contractor employees in open jobs. We also worked to bring on new customers for staffing support. This office has moved to Germantown, Maryland and currently staffs a Belcan recruiter. Our Belcan office moved locations twice. This entailed packing, securing phones and computers, scheduling movers, and working with our corporate location to ensure the office was operational to carry on with business.
