I have long term relationships with our Customers in the Permian Basin and take great pride in seeing to it we are called back to service their needs time and time again. My twenty six years of service and experience in the industry brings with it expertise in horizontal and vertical stimulation. My duties with these organizations have grown from fluid tech to Operations Manager over the years with a commitment to each job ensuring safety and on time delivery and superior customer service. Instrumental in the startup and success of Advanced Stimulation Technology as Service Supervisor Operations Manager/ Field Coordinator involved in all aspects of the organization to include * Oversee daily fracturing operations supervision of service supervisors engineers EO's and dispatch personnel. * Prepare daily activity reports employee utilization reports equipment utilization reports scheduling of frac jobs and post job variance reports. * Work closely with admin to insure proper invoicing inventory adjustments policy & procedures. Strong Customer relationships securing and writing job packets. * Communicate with customers regarding daily activities attend weekly meetings negotiate with customer on job scheduling tickets and overall expectations of safety quality and performance. Coordinate sand acid chemicals fluid tanks and secure directions to location. * Negotiated vendor contracts in pricing of necessary equipment supplies fuel contract employees hotels and various other equipment such as safety trailers light towers portal potties etc. * Conduct interviews and hiring of all field personnel and dispatch. Follow employee's progression and evaluate to recommend raises and/or promotions. Managed disciplinary concerns with personnel and terminations. Ensure that production meets SOP compliance. * Oversee daily fracturing operations with four frac fleets one acid crew and more than one hundred and sixty personnel. * Treating various styles of frac jobs to include X-linked gel system emulsified acid jobs CO2 Nitrogen Vertical and Horizontal Fracs. * Various fracturing experience ranging from fluid tech pump operator to blender operator frac service supervisor acid service supervisor field coordinator and operations Manager.
