SUMMARY OF PRESENT QUALIFICATIONS: Howard College, San Angelo, TX Director of Continuing Education / Workforce Training / AEL Programs Directly responsible and accountable for the community college academic business degree program. This includes the planning, budgeting, personnel, evaluation of faculty, hiring decisions, student recruitment, faculty development, assessment, curriculum development, class scheduling, and department recruitment planning. Expertise working with lifelong learners and the delivery of traditional, credit, non-credit, face-to-face, and online courses, as well as the following traits: * Extensive knowledge of technology-rich pedagogical initiatives such as flipping the classroom, on-line learning, and dual credit. Accountability oversight to: plan, monitor, review and report program enrollment, and retention. Recommend faculty course assignments/loads. Course catalog changes, program budgets oversight, and faculty development. Highly skilled in developing, implementing, and maintaining adult basic education and continuing education programs in accordance with established best practices.
