To obtain a permanent position with a secure organization in which my skills and leadership qualities can be an asset in a team oriented environment. Besides my industrial background and leadership experience, I have also worked for almost two decades teaching, preparing & leading short term teams in and out of several countries around the world for humanitarian efforts in constructions, agriculture, education, medical brigades and evangelism. My goal is recognizing peoples skills and personalities and to guide them into being the very best they can be at any given task.
