SUMMARY EXPERIENCE: Manage all phases of construction work from bidding to implementation of projects, including personnel and financial controls, interaction with owners and other management staff, mechanics and workers on site in a wide variety of construction settlings. Instrumental in acquiring several IDIQ contracts, MATOC and service contact with USACE, NAVFAC, USPS, University of Maryland and DC government agencies. Responsibilities included all estimating Divisions 1 through 16, project buyout, scheduling, project management job cost analysis. Projects ranges from 2 to 88 million dollars. Projects ranged from federal, state, higher education, public schools, retail, restaurants, tentant, medical, laboratories and SFIC's.
