Qualifications I have worked in retail since I was fifteen years old. I started at the bottom & have worked my way up. I have held almost every position in the store at Walmart. I have held a supervisor role since 2004 including positions such as Customer Service Manager, Support Manager, Assistant Manager, Marketing Manager, & Store Manager to name a few. I have learned to satisfy the customer in any possible way but still stay within company guidelines. I have learned do scheduling by dollars or by hours. I have learned how to properly conduct interviews & how to select the correct applications to be interviewed including recruitment. I have learned a great deal about loss prevention with internal & external people. I am great with training & developing people. I have P & L knowledge & the experience on improving controllable expenses. I am currently SafeServe Food certified. I also hold my CPR certification. I am currently holding the role of Auto Care Center Manager. I am responsible for the overall operation of our Auto Care Center including payroll, merchandising, auto service, customer service, associate engagement, team performance, and staffing. I also assist throughout the store to ensure I am involved with total store operations. I have taken the Auto Care Center to number 1 in the district, number 1 in the region, and top 20% in the entire company consisting of 2,520 stores.
