Managed teams of 8-21 maintenance personnel. Managed all aspects of TPM project management scheduling of PM program cost projection training and continuous improvement projects. Used CMMS (TabWare) for work order tracking parts inventory PM scheduling etc. Developed and implemented predictive maintenance plans as well as established lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement protocols. Reduced unscheduled downtime from 35% to 3.5% at UFPI.
