Description
Planned and commissioned startup of new 150 mmcfd cryogenics plant achieving production targets in 3 days (4 days ahead of schedule) and producing 7000 barrels of natural gas liquids daily operating within 99.2% production. Increased plant production by 11% through troubleshooting to reset operating parameters and examine piping and instrumentation that pointed to valve leak. Monitored supervised and developed 5 novice Beckville Plant operators: With maximum gas throughput operators achieved 90 % ethane recoveries and 98.9 propane recoveries ultimately meeting all environmental health / safety state / federal and process safety management requirements. Received Longview Plant Texas Eastman awards for on time delivery and on spec ethane and propane product achieved through engineering / installing a Gas/Gas exchanger for gas regeneration heater reducing plant fuel use.
