Summary of Qualifications * Employed full-time in the healthcare industry since March 1987. Positions have progressed from entry-level to management and business-to-business providing technical support, installations, and training. * Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, * Familiar with adult education practices as demonstrated by AHA certification as a CPR for Healthcare Providers instructor. Taught over 100+ classes * Researched and wrote the training guides for the Medonic M-Series and CA 620 instruments. Guide covers teaching users with no experience through those with advanced degrees and years of experience. * Primary installer for "difficult" and/or medical specialty accounts due to product knowledge, understanding of customer concerns, clinic workflow and exceptional people skills. * Primary on-site troubleshooter when issue proved to be an operator technique issue and not hardware related due to conflict resolution skills, ability to comfortably speak to all levels of healthcare providers, workers, and their management, and ability to handle confrontational and difficult situations. * Understand workflow in many clinical environments due to experience in small and large hospitals, clinics, emergency departments, acute care settings, and long-term care centers. * Responsible for capital equipment procurement for two laboratories when managing a clinical lab in the Indian Health System * 3-for-3 passing CLIA regulatory inspections with a grade >98% as a laboratory manager. * Wrote Policy and Procedure manual for clinic laboratory covering all specialty areas. * Experience with various LIS systems and vendors.
