Accomplishments: * Consistently have had sales growth within each store I have managed (5 locations) * Won company contest for largest increase in Fast Food Area while Maintaining Profits * My store accomplished having one year of No Customer Service Complaints at a Corporate Level * Received Recognition in the Company Paper for raising funds for Children's Miracle Network * Successfully trained Co-Manager Trainees that are currently working for Speedway in General Manager Positions, as well as Co-Manager position * Was the first general manager to receive updated computer systems throughout the years, and train the other General Managers in my district * Was chosen by Regional Director for the first Advisory Board in 2012, the board worked weekly and attended meetings with Operations at corporate level. We saved the company $700,000 in store level paid outs. * Manager of the Quarter for the region, 3rd quarter 2015, and the Regional Manager selects this award out of approximately 150 managers from the region. * Maintained executing level KPI's (Key Principal Indicators)
