Support Lead Global Sourcing (March 2010 -March 2017) Walmart (702 SW 8th Street Bentonville Arkansas 72716) Lead and guided team that sourced construction materials for stores around the globe. Main categories were refrigeration lighting and HVAC. Saved over $500m during this time. Lead coordination efforts for sustainability and long term planning for the 12 countries that the team supported. During our cross functional meetings we developed sourcing strategies at the regional and global level based on total cost of ownership methodology. Used the cross functional nature of the position to improve alignment on technology and processes across the countries.
