SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * 35+ years of construction and contracting experience - experienced in all phases of construction * Construction Management - Superintendent for 3 hotels in Watford City, ND 2012 - 2013 - also prior superintendent experience (both commercial & residential) prior to coming to North Dakota * Subcontractor scheduling * Job site organization * Material ordering, scheduling & take offs * Equipment operation - Backhoe, Excavator, Bobcat * Framing (wood & steel stud) * Finish carpentry (high-end custom, production & commercial) * Cabinetry & countertops (build & install) * Construction Superintendent (residential & commercial) before coming to North Dakota * Experienced in bidding, scheduling & contract negotiations * Excellent skills in guiding, motivating, training and mentoring other carpenters * Blueprint expertise, detail comprehension, and execution of building sequences * Architectural and permit facilitation, code knowledge and proactive problem solving in all aspects of the building process. * Advanced in ALL phases of construction. Including, (but not limited to) tile, roofing, Styrofoam foundations, laminate flooring, siding, framing, finish carpentry, plumbing and drywall * Computer literate (Excel, QuickBooks, Windows, Outlook, etc.)
