QUALIFICATION SUMMARY 29+ years of law firm experience including Practice Area Management, as well as Civil and Criminal Jury Trial Experience from investigation through jury verdict. * Practice area management including setting litigation plans, assessing and implementing new performance standards within a practice area team of both lawyer and non-lawyer staff. Creation of new practice benchmarks for the entire team to allow for more efficient delivery of legal services through a collaborative effort. * Civil Trial Firm Experience, Plaintiff and Defense handling compensatory claims, as well as punitive claims.
