Summary In charge of the entire network infrastructure which consisted of 15+ servers ranging from Windows, UNIX, Linux, and Macintosh systems. Created, and maintained the backup/s routine including off-site backup procedure. Maintained the Exchange 2007 mail system within the National Office and UNIX mail systems for remote officer use across the United States. Maintained the web access (Exchange Outlook Web Access), and webmail. In addition to Exchange 2007, testing, developing, and implementation of SharePoint 2007 within the organization to increase efficiency, and productivity. Utilized Exchange 2007 functionality by linking SharePoint Sites to OWA for accessibility off-site. Server consolidation through Virtualization. Utilizing VMware successfully consolidated servers within domain to be housed in virtual environment with clustered virtual backups. Implemented online digital ticketing system to increase productivity, and efficiency. This was done due to the high volume of customer support needs, and increased the efficiency of the I.T. department tremendously. Migrated customer/sponsorship database to improve customer service, usability, and reliability of critical information. Migrated to VOIP allowing for system growth, and functionality.
