SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: * Appropriate course training for the job. * Experienced Mechanical Technician. * Ability to perform welding, gas cutting and fabrication works. * Technical documentation and reporting. * Knowledgeable in different application of software such as: MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and Oracle for purchase request, Withdrawal of materials, work request and work order. * Adequate exposure in office procedure and management. * Hardworking, honest and responsible. * Can work with minimum supervision. * Can build strong interpersonal relationship. * With good communication skills JOB DESCRIPTION: Excellent in installing Mechanical Equipment using foundation plates mounting, equipment, tools and materials. Excellent in performing Preventive Maintenance by inspecting equipment component to identify possible defects, minor defects is immediately corrected while major defects is properly documented and be reported for repair scheduling. Excellent in performing Corrective Maintenance by disassembling equipment components, parts are thoroughly checked for possible defects and reusability and accurately measured using precision tools following standard specs. Excellent in reassembling of equipment components, replacement of parts beyond limits of wear, new and reusable parts and components are assembled following manufacturer standard. Ability to test run on equipment, equipment is free from lubricants leak at normal operation, oil level is determine in accordance to equipment standard. Ability to Fabricate pumps foundation base plate, pipe fittings, structural supports, and spool. Skilled at providing maintenance support to operational equipment at a minimum time PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Carries out regular preventive maintenance check, repair, and overhauling of Tank house mechanical equipment, such as: hydraulic and hydraulic machines, starting sheet/ commercial and liberator cells, stripping machine, heat exchangers, filters, pumps, fans/blowers and draft chambers, pipelines, evaporators, tanks, and facilities in the Tank house and By-Product Plants 2. Repair, reconditioning and stock spare parts, like bearing, crane wheels, pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, and others as ready supply for emergency works and scheduled maintenance activities. 3. Prepare the FRP mixture in container. Coats FRP mixture using brush to protect the facility from corrosion. Allows the coated pipes and tanks be on standby to dry. 4. Performs condition-based repair based on the recommendation and work order of PM/NDT/Lubrication group. 5. Respond to emergency mechanical works during equipment/machine abnormalities in the Tank house. 6. Gather tools and other requirements in the execution of maintenance works i.e. wrench, hydraulic puller, bearing heater, micrometer, caliper, dial gauge and others. 7. Carries out housekeeping within the area of responsibility. 8. Records all necessary data of the repair in the daily equipment monitoring log sheet. 9. Implements management system in applicable areas. 10. Repair, reconditioning and stock spare parts, like bearing, crane wheels, pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, and others as ready supply for emergency works and scheduled maintenance activities. 11.
